Clean, comfortable and well-equipped apartment. Close to botanical gardens and supermarket. Ideal for overnight stay.

Overall it was such wonderful experience and I truly enjoyed the stay. Particularly good location near to good bars/restaurants and attractions and the city center, and the room was spacious. Big bed, by the way, hypoallergenic pillows were provided too.

The apartment at Eco-Appart'Hotel was stunning and modern, with plenty of space for my family. We were impressed by the three TVs and fabulous kitchen. The balcony was a perfect spot for enjoying an evening meal. The bedrooms were comfortable and the sofa bed was cozy. The apartment had nice touches like breakfast offerings and hot chocolate. very little to complain about.

One drawback was the unreliable WiFi. We had difficulty maintaining a signal, even in one of the bedrooms.

The apartment with a terrace and city views was amazing! It had a cozy living room where I could relax after a long day of biking. The two bedrooms were comfortable and had enough space for all my belongings. The flat-screen TV was a great addition for some evening entertainment. The kitchen was well-equipped with a fridge and oven, perfect for cooking meals. And the view of the city from the terrace was breathtaking! As a bike rider, I couldn't ask for a better place to stay.

The only downside, in my opinion, was that the apartment didn't have free WiFi throughout the property. But hey, I guess it's good to disconnect once in a while and enjoy the surroundings.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, with a cute terrace that we unfortunately didn't have time to use. We will definitely come back again. The hotel was clean and had all the facilities we needed. The private parking was a nice touch, allowing us to easily store our luggage in the car. The location was great, just a 15 to 20-minute walk to the city center and close to good restaurants and attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offerings were a nice touch.

This place is a great spot for six people, conveniently located near excellent bars and restaurants, as well as the city center and the river.

The apartment exceeded all expectations with its jaw-dropping modern design and spaciousness. We were blown away by the three flat-screen TVs, fab kitchen, and lovely balcony for dining. The thoughtful breakfast offerings, hot chocolate, and other touches made our stay super enjoyable. The bedrooms were perfect and even the sofa bed was surprisingly comfy. The secure parking and one-mile walk to the city center were convenient perks. The private courtyard, clean shower, and incredibly comfortable bed settee were absolutely superb. We were only there for one night, but we can't wait to come back and enjoy the well-equipped and cute terrace. Thank you so much for a mind-blowing stay!

Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber, wenn auch etwas veraltet. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Grundausstattung ist gut und das Frühstück in der eigenen Küche ist ausgezeichnet.

Es gibt einen kleinen Alkoven, der schwierig zu manövrieren ist, und das Zimmer war etwas zu klein.

The Notre-Dame Cathedral of Rouen is just 4 km away, so I could admire its beauty without getting too tired. Also, they had free WiFi and parking, which is a rare treat nowadays.

Oh, how I loved giving them a 600 euro deposit and cleaning the apartment myself for an extra 50 euro! So convenient!
